Art. 1 – Registration

Registration is only possible online using the form on the Taxi-iTheorie website. Upon receipt of the registration, a confirmation will be sent via email. Registration becomes legally binding upon confirmation. By registering, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted the general terms and conditions as well as the course conditions as per the advertisement.

Payment methods:

• TWINT
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• PayPal
• Cash payment (only after prior arrangement)
• Prepayment by bank transfer

The app and learning platform will only be activated after full payment has been received.

Art. 2 – Access to the Learning Platform

Access to the online learning platform will be activated upon receipt of payment. This access is personal and may not be shared with third parties. Our system records and analyzes unique identifiers (e.g., IMEI and IP address). If access data is shared without authorization, all affected accounts will be permanently deactivated and deleted. Reactivation is excluded. There is no right to a refund or legal recourse.

Article 3 – Prices

The prices include the fee for the Taxi-iTheorie courses, including the certificates of achievement. The current information on the Taxi-iTheorie website at the time of registration is decisive for the costs.

Art. 4 – Upgrade from Basic to Intensive Package

A change from the Basic to the Intensive Package is possible at any time. In this case, the difference between the current price of the Basic and Intensive Packages will be invoiced.

Art. 5 – Cancellation

Cancellation of registration is only possible in writing or by email. Cancellations made up until the start of the course will incur 80% of the participation fee. Later cancellations or discontinuation will incur the full fee.

Art. 6 – Course Times and Validity

Participants have access to the online courses during the period specified in the course description. The courses are valid for a maximum of six months or until the ARV2 theory exam is successfully passed – whichever comes first. After passing the exam, access to the app and learning platform is automatically deactivated.

Art. 7 – Extension of validity / Personal responsibility

After the first six months, the validity of the access can be extended for a fee:

• Extension for 1 months: CHF 100
• Extension for 6 months: CHF 200

Prices include the administrative costs of reactivation. Participants are responsible for using the course within the booked period. Additional payments or extensions due to vacation absence, lack of time, non-use of the app, or subsequent willingness to learn are non-refundable. Goodwill arrangements for valid reasons such as bereavement or illness are possible upon request with proof, but there is no legal entitlement.

Art. 8 – Insurance

Participants are responsible for taking out appropriate insurance. Taxi-iTheorie does not provide insurance and cannot be held liable for damages caused by accidents, illness, theft, etc. If in doubt, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Art. 9 – Changes and adjustments

We reserve the right to make changes to the program and prices as well as to the General Terms and Conditions.

Art. 10 – Course Materials and Copyright

By paying the course fee, participants are granted the right to personal use of the content and materials of the online course. These materials are subject to copyright and may not be distributed or reproduced to third parties.

Art. 11 – No right of return

In the following cases, there is no right to return or refund:

• After passing the exam
• In case of wrong purchase
• In case of subsequent disinterest

Art. 12 – Refund value

If a refund is due, the full amount will be refunded.

Art. 13 – Note on Deactivation after Passing the Exam

Access is deactivated after passing the exam to ensure that the app is used exclusively for exam preparation. This preserves the integrity of the learning and exam process and prevents unauthorized sharing of content.
